Reception
Reception is open daily from 9:00AM to 10:00PM (9:00PM on weekends)
Proof of ID
Proof of Identification will be required upon check-in.
Credit Card Details
Credit card Details will be required upon check-in. No security deposit will be collected.
Arrivals
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm. Early arrivals (12:00PM onwards) are free to use the pool facilities until the room is available for check in.
Guests wishing to change rooms after check-in may incur a cleaning fee.
Early check-in or late check-out is available, and rates are available on request. Please advise us if you expect to arrive after 8:30pm.
Contactless check-in and/or check-out is also available. Please advise if you prefer this arrangement.
Check-out
Our check-out time is 10 am.
Unarranged late check out between 10:00AM – 12:00PM will incur a $50 surcharge.
Check out after 12:00PM will incur the next nights’ full fee.
To assist us with preparing for the next guest we would appreciate any maintenance issue or breakages be reported to Reception. Any breakages committed by the guests are to be discussed with our Reception Team prior to departure.
Late Arrivals
Our after-hours service is available to assist at any time. Located to the left of our glass reception doors you will find our NIGHTBELL and Security Camera Doorbell.
On arrival, please press the NIGHTBELL for assistance or alternatively please contact us on 07 4975 0211 for details to access your keys.
Children
For the purposes of this website, “Child” or “Children” are those aged between 2 years and 7 years. “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years.
Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.
Room Rates
Standard room rates are quoted based on occupancy by two people. Additional guests are subject to the maximum capacity of the given room type, and will incur an extra fee as follows:
Children and infants (as per the definitions provided above) sharing a room with their parents or guardians may do so free of charge, provided they are using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type.
Children over 7 years of age will be charged an additional $15 per child per night.
Adults 18 years and over will be charged an additional $30 per adult per night.
There are no extra beds or cots available.
Any issue or problem during your stay?
If you have any issue or problem with your room facilities, please contact our Reception during office hours to assist us in rectifying the problem to ensure you have the best possible stay.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as cash.
Reservations Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for your credit card details.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to 2:00PM on the day you are scheduled to arrive. Cancellations after this time will incur a fee equal to first nights’ accommodation charge. This includes no-shows.
If your booking is for more than 7 consecutive nights, or for more than 3 rooms, cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to 2:00PM on the day you are scheduled to arrive. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount of the booking. This includes no-shows.

Fully Licenced
Our motel is licensed for the sale of alcohol. We will refuse to sell alcohol to visibly intoxicated guests.
Dinner
Dinner is served to you in your room, Mondays to Saturdays. Please order your meal at Reception before 5:30pm. Meals will be served between the hours of 5:30pm to 7.00pm. Kitchen closes at 7:00pm and is closed on Sundays.
Local Taxes
All guest expenses are subject to Goods & Services Tax of 10.0% which is included in any room or ancillary prices quoted.
Parking
In front of the units are covered carport parking with a 2.0M clearance. If your vehicle is over, you can park on the grassed area.
The Reception Entry has a carport with a clearance of 2.5M. If your vehicle is over, there is a alternative entry.

Parking for trucks and other bigger vehicles is along Harbottle Rd. Harbottle Rd is a public road and is a dead-end street. There is a grid on Harbottle Rd and the private vacant lands along Harbottle Rd are fenced with metal barb wires.
Harbottle Road is approx. 20meters wide and 50meters long. After heavy rains, avoid driving into the grassed area past the grid to make a U-turn as the ground maybe soft.
It might be best to make a reverse parking from Bruce Highway into Harbottle Rd.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside our guest rooms. Smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in QLD. There are ample outdoor areas around the property where smoking is permitted. A sanitisation fee of $80 will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.
Extra Cleaning Charge
In the event of a more than average mess is left in room, an extra cleaning charge of $50 will be charged.
In the event of an “accidental” mishap that requires an extra deep cleaning and sanitation, a deep cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
Pets and Animals
No pets and animals are allowed in the rooms or in vehicles. Guests who conceal their pets will asked to leave. If the room and facilities have been used by the guests, a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights’ stay will be charged. If the room is not used, a full refund will be issued.
Internet and Netflix
Unlimited WiFi internet (subject to fair use) and Netflix are free of charge.
Security Cameras
Security cameras are operating in and around the motel for everyone’s safety.
Swimming Pool Hours
The pool is for motel guests’ use between the hours of 7:30AM and 9:00PM daily. An adult must accompany children under the age of 10 years.
Motel Property Damage
In the event of a property damage immediately after the checkout of a guest, the Property Manager, together with a Cleaning Staff, will document the damage and charge the credit card after seeking at least 1 quote to repair the damage.
Septic System
Please respect the Septic System which operates throughout the motel. All foreign matter must be disposed off in the bin provided. We thank you for your cooperation.
Responsibility
The owners/managers of the premises are not liable for damage or loss of property which the guests may bring on to the premises. Refer to the Travellers Accommodation Providers Liability Act 2001.
Communications and Privacy
If you contact us by email, and standard mail or through our website you agree to allow us to contact you in the future and that this may include promotional material regarding upcoming events, special offers or general information. We will never use your name and information for any other purpose nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission or where legally obliged to do so. Any communication that we may send you will include the opportunity for you to unsubscribe.
Disputes and Claims
Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these motel policies shall come under the jurisdiction of most competent courts of Queensland.
